The room is clean, tidy, complete with welcome snacks and drinks. The pool is wonderful, clean, clear, fresh, and low in chlorine. We can enjoy animals from the pool. Never get bored here. I've been here many times and never get bored with the atmosphere here. The atmosphere is calming. The view is pleasing to the eye and the air is very cool. The children also always like it because they can always interact with the animals.

very good! superb! can see giraffes, deer, rhinos, hippos, etc. can also feed them, in the room there are carrots for the animals. can walk to the Australiana area, there you can interact directly with kangaroos and other Australian animals. the service and hospitality are also very good, from security, helpers, receptionists, all are very friendly and helpful. I really fell in love with the Baobab Hotel.

During check-in, it took quite a while because there was a check of the room's completeness. At that time, there was a carrot basket that was not visible even though the hotel staff who didn't see it were in the corner of the room. Maybe next time, try checking first before accusing the person staying there.

If you want to have breakfast with a giraffe, you have to make a reservation well in advance! Disappointed. Staying here was with the intention of taking a photo of breakfast with a giraffe. If you've come all the way from out of town but the photo is not possible because you don't know that you have to make a reservation in advance, it's a shame, especially if you book through Traveloka, there's no information about reservations! Suggestion: Make a replica of the food so you don't disappoint customers

Overall, staying here was very satisfying, especially since we got an upgrade to a room that allows us to directly see the animals, which made the kids happy. The breakfast food was varied and delicious. The staff here were all very friendly and helpful. Maybe next time there will be a bigger room so it can accommodate a large family, and maybe the parking access can be made closer to the hotel. It is highly recommended for a vacation with family and kids, you will definitely be happy staying here 🫶

Parking was a bit tricky, but check-in was easy. We had a room overlooking the safari. The internet signal was poor, but the room was clean, though not very spacious. The sink didn't have hot water. Breakfast was standard, and the pool was small. Overall, it was good.

The food selection wasn't very varied and the taste was mediocre. But it's the same as other safari park hotels. I didn't have high expectations, so I wasn't too disappointed. If possible, I'd like to add more delicious food. How would I do that? Mbuh. In the end, I used GoFood, but it ended up cold. Haha. Oh yeah, if the distance is so far, I'd rather be facing the hills than facing the animals.
