Parking is very spacious, comfortable rooms, there is a TV and AC, clean bathroom, clean and tidy environment, 2nd and 3rd floors on the side of the pool have balconies, the food is also quite delicious and suits my taste. Highly recommended.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, the room was very spacious, the hot water didn't work, the furniture was old, the staff was friendly, the check in and check out process was long because it was the holiday season.

Very spacious parking lot, friendly and fast receptionist for CI/CO matters, spacious, clean and complete rooms, music entertainment at night creates a calm atmosphere, large swimming pool, breakfast with many variants. And all the staff are friendly.

Sorry, staying here was not comfortable, the wifi did not reach the room, turning on the TV had to be confirmed with the officer, and the telephone was broken so we had to go to the lobby first if we wanted to complain. The officer did not take off his shoes when he entered, he just went in, the room smelled bad, room 133. Please improve the service.

Easy location and close to the city center. Easy access, spacious parking. The hotel maintains the cleanliness of the rooms. It seems to have just been renovated a little. I like the clean bathroom, the ceramic grouting has also been newly re-grouted so it looks very clean. The breakfast menu variations are few and the taste is ordinary.

Can't say it's good for a name as big as BATUSUKI. For food, the taste is quite good. What's disappointing is that "fresh milk" is replaced with condensed milk (sugar) where Batu as a city close to a place where fresh cow's milk is produced is not available. Check-in time is 15.00 too late, different from other accommodations, and check-out time is still 12.00. Fix it

For a fast check-in process, you only need to use a deposit of 200 thousand. I think the deposit doesn't need to be that big, our experience staying at the Ijen Suite Hotel in Malang actually had no deposit at all. Because we didn't have cash, I ended up leaving my ID card. The room is quite spacious and clean, the swimming pool is also quite spacious. It's just a shame there is no changing room, and no towels are provided for swimming. For the price I compared to the facilities available I think it's overpriced. The wifi doesn't connect at all, the food is pretty good.

An amazing experience to enjoy a family vacation at Batusuki Hotel and Resort. The view around the hotel is very maa syaa Allah. Overall everything is very good. Only yesterday there were no towels provided in each room. Luckily all the family brought towels.

Stayed 2 nights. The rooms can be quite problem-free. Only wifi can't be used in the room. Today there is no wifi in the room? Breakfast is minimalist and lacks variety. This hotel, if the management is good, listens more to critics who have stayed, I think it can sell. The main thing is to lower the price.
