I have stayed at this hotel many times even before changing to Britts, but this is the first time I felt uncomfortable and I think it is very unethical with the question from the receptionist at check in asking me "ma'am, what is the purpose of staying here?" I felt ill-feeling with this question but deliberately did not mention the name of the male receptionist, I don't want to lose anyone's job, please let the management brief the employees again.
