Not even entering the room, starting from the entrance to the buildings around the hotel are abandoned & unkempt. Moreover, there are empty buildings where there are statues. Even during the day it feels very scary. Can't imagine if you end up staying there. How scary is it when the weather is dark. It's okay to lose your order rather than not being able to sleep. 😱😱😱

For the service from the villa administration is good and the surrounding residents are also friendly. Maybe for the room needs to be checked periodically maybe once a week or twice because the room is very dusty and the bathroom is also a bit dirty because there are falling off the ceiling or the bathroom door

Hotel horror. Palang hotel tertutup namun saya paksa untuk masuk dengan paksa buka portal sendiri, tidak ada penjaga. Sesampainya kantor, pintu terkunci, dan juga tidak ada satupun staff yang standby di kantor. Telfon ke nomor yang tertera di traveloka juga tidak tersambung/tidak berdering. Komplain ke pihak traveloka yang mencoba menghubungi pihak hotel, katanya pihak hotel yang jaga hotelnya berada dirumah biasa dekat palang, dalam artian berarti toh selama ini hotel itu ga ada yang standby alias dibiarin tanpa penghuni, ya agak yang benar aja, yakali kita mau tetap kesana. Kritik dari sana, kalau memang tidak beroperasi dengan baik, mending ditutup saja. Niat hati ingin melepas penat karena perjalanan jauh, tapi tau-tau zonk dan bingung cari penginapan baru.

Pemandangan bagus menghadap ke gunung. Hanya saja villa nya terlihat sudah lama dan seperti kurang terawat jadi kelihatan serem.
