Kami mendapatkan harga promo dan worth it sekali dengan fasilitas yang ditawarkan. Staf ramah dan helpful. Hotelnya secara keseluruhan bersih, kamar sampai kamar mandinya juga bersih dan wangi. Lebih menarik lagi karena di setiap lantai disediakan dispenser serta kursi, sehingga tamu dapat duduk santai untuk bikin teh/kopi atau menyeduh mi instan. Di hotel ini tidak disediakan peralatan mandi, jadi jangan lupa bawa sendiri, yaa. Tapi, kalaupun lupa, pusat belanja dan keramaian cukup dekat dari hotel ini, kurang lebih 100 meter. Oh ya, siapkan uang buat deposito, ya. Sebesar Rp100 ribu per kamar. Deposit bisa diambil kembali saat check out. Have a nice holiday!

The service is bad, after checking in children are not allowed to enter only 2 people. Even a ⭐ star hotel allows children aged 8-10 to enter. This is the Oyo class of rules. Many are true. Then there is no shampoo, a little soap. The towels are not very clean. Don't choose this hotel for family stays, choose another. Those with two children can choose another. Unprofessional.

The 3rd floor room is poorly cleaned, with lots of ants. The space under the bed was not swept. There were wasps as soon as we entered. Our suitcases were attacked by red ants. In order to maintain our existence, the ouner immediately closed the ant nest. I will stay here again, but please don't let there be any more ants.

The location is strategic, but the maps don't seem to be quite right. The building is still okay. The room is clean, although there is a lot of hair on the pillow, maybe the pillowcase wasn't changed. Room 107 doesn't provide towels, and there are no toiletries either. The rest is okay, the AC is okay, the parking lot is quite spacious. It's okay for resting

Stayed here when I returned from touring zero KM, the hotel staff was not friendly, seemed indifferent, the title was a suite room. There was no soap & toothbrush (the reason was out of stock) the TV was broken, the room floor was oily (spill marks) and it wasn't clean enough to clean it, I actually wanted to get a refund but couldn't. Yes, what can you do? Just once, hopefully there will be changes in the future.
