I often stay here every time I check up my health to Medan. The hotel is an old building but clean and the rooms are big. Suggestions hopefully the bathrooms can be renovated and the beds must be replaced with new ones.

The bedding is not suitable for use, both the mattress springs are not perfect, the sheets are thin and worn, the pillows smell, the smell from the toilet is not pleasant and the room lighting is dark, it is difficult to dress up because of the lack of light. The AC is cold and new. I got the front room no. 1 even though it is close to the road but there is no sound of vehicles. The location is close to Indomaret, easy to find food or breakfast.

Please, if it's not feasible to operate, just close it. It's gross to swear. The toilet still has the t**k. *nj*r. Just close the hotel! So check in, check out right away. To the point of crying, I just asked my husband to move hotels . Move our hotel right away! Bad!

Rooms are very dirty bed linen, pillowcases smelly (maybe long time no replaced) bathroom super dirty shampoo, soap, no toothbrush (buy yourself at the recepcionist) door lock broken AC not severe cold very not worth the first and the last time! Strongly not recommended score of -5/5.

The location is good, easy everywhere, but unfortunately the room is not comfortable, the air conditioner is not cold anymore, the bathroom is not clean, the sheets are dirty as it has not been changed, drinking water is not placed in the room to be asked to the receptionist.
