Dream Hotel

Top.. Exceeded my expectations. Friendly service, quick response. Very strategic location, unique room concept, very close to everything from the arrival port, culinary tours, bicycle rentals, even additional water sports activities are available. Truly a full service low budget!! Everything I needed was met and assisted very well. Hopefully the service will at least be maintained. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The definition of a 5-star inn, but the service is not half-hearted. Recommended for backpackers.

The bungalow is cozy, not really spacious but ok. 2-3 mins away from the beach. Pity I got no chair in the room, only outside...

The mattress made a creaky sound, the pool smelled of medicine that lingered in my hair for weeks, some had coffee, water, and a TV, while others didn't. The bathroom wasn't very clean, and the staff at the reception were a bit noisy and used rude words. It wasn't the guests who were being spoken to, but we, as guests, found it unpleasant to hear.

I was hesitant to stay here at first, but once we arrived, wow... this place is really cool. The environment is nice, the room is nice, but unfortunately, we only stayed one night.

A very unique hotel, popular with foreign tourists, strategic location, close to Kuta beach. 100 m walk.

Stafnya ramah tapi handuk tidak ada dan ac kurang dingin seharusnya sudah siap baru kamarnya ke tamu ni gak da sama sekali kurang sekali playananya.

Early check-in, the smell of wall paint was pungent, the room door was broken off when it was moved and hard to lock, the air conditioner was off, the swimming pool was not clean, the water didn't flow in the morning until noon until we checked out. Unlike the condition of the hotel before it was repainted.

Kamar yg saya pesan diberikan pada orang lain padahal sudah konfirmasi via telpon sebelum check in, diberi kamar yg lebih sempit karena kondisi bawa anak sudah malam dan tidak ada solusi akhirnya di beri solusi free 1 room lagi untuk kami. meski kamarnya kurang bersih tapi yasudahlah, lokasinya strategis dekat minimarket dan penjual2 makanan

Enough for a place to rest in Kuta. The location is very close to Kuta Lombok beach.

Tidak ragu untuk booking hotel ini kembali. Kami puas dengan semuanya

The hotel is not ready to receive guests, the rooms have no facilities and the condition of the rooms has not been cleaned when checking in.

The swimming pool no longer exists, does not match the photos.

Hotel staff are kind and very helpful.
