Upon check-in, the hotel staff was very informative. The app stated check-in started at 3:00 PM, but by 2:00 PM, it was ready and we were allowed in.
The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and varied, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the hotel staff and security were all very kind, even willing to lend me their motorbike, haha.
Overall, it's highly recommended.
I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

The staff are friendly, from the security guard when it rained, they greeted me by opening the door and giving me an umbrella, the best in general. The FO is friendly, thank you for helping me check in quickly, early, the restaurant staff has good service, thank you for helping my parents.. Will come back again when I go to Batu, the location is also easy to access everywhere. 🌷🌟

The second experience of staying at Golden Hill Batu was very good, appreciation for the friendly staff and providing crib facilities for babies so that those who bring babies can sleep soundly in the room and the child is not fussy.

Sky Hill, the restaurant has delicious food. The hot spring pool is also very comfortable, the kids love it. For breakfast on the lobby floor, your chicken soto is so delicious, I even had three more. The fried garlic is a winner. Then there are the donuts with sprinkles, whether sugar or flour, really delicious, very soft, my kids love them. I even called the restaurant when I was checking out to buy donuts only, but unfortunately, they are not sold only for breakfast. My kids were crying and asking for more donuts.
Maybe next time they can sell donuts like the croissants near the reception.

It can definitely be my second priority when staying in Batu, after my main choice, the Golden Tulip Hotel☺️. Delicious food, friendly hotel staff and the rooms are comfortable. I also appreciate their attention to safety, even in small details such as providing anti-slip mats in the bathroom, which is very helpful to prevent slipping.
Maybe just a small suggestion: it would be nice to have a smoking area at the Notting Resto, so that guests who smoke can enjoy a cup of coffee and a cigarette after breakfast.
Overall, it was an impressive and pleasant experience staying at this hotel. Thank you very much.☺️

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised to stay here. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was good. It's close to the Jatim Park rides, so everything was fine. I'll be back next time, and hopefully, the quality will be maintained.

The room was spacious and clean, with a small refrigerator for storing food.
The bathroom, starting with the toilet, had a bidet attached to the toilet and a bidet spray. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and a jet washer, complete with all the amenities. Amenities were standard, but there was soap for washing hands. The bathroom's downside was that the boundary between the shower and dry area wasn't high enough, so water leaked into the toilet and sink area.
The restaurant and food were generally delicious, with nothing to complain about.
Parking was limited, but since I didn't drive, I don't know the parking procedures or schemes.
It's close to BNS and Jatim Park 2, but it's also close to other tourist attractions.

Stayed here with my wife and children to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary. I chose the Premier Lagoon room with direct pool access. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious, and my wife and children loved it. The strategic location made it even better.

The room was spacious and clean, with a small refrigerator for storing food.
The bathroom, starting with the toilet, had a bidet attached to the toilet and a bidet spray. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and a jet washer, complete with all the amenities. Amenities were standard, but there was soap for washing hands. The bathroom's downside was that the boundary between the shower and dry area wasn't high enough, so water leaked into the toilet and sink area.
The restaurant and food were generally delicious, with nothing to complain about.
Parking was limited, but since I didn't drive, I don't know the parking procedures or schemes.
It's close to BNS and Jatim Park 2, but it's also close to other tourist attractions.

The staff is very active in assisting all our needs and desires.
The breakfast buffet menu is very varied, ranging from Madurese porridge to Malang meatballs.
It's kid-friendly, with plenty of food options for the little ones.

This hotel is relatively new, clean, and tidy. It's strategically located in Batu, within walking distance of Jatim Park 2. Don't forget to enjoy the menu at Sky Hill, which is highly recommended.

Stayed here with my wife and children to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary. I chose the Premier Lagoon room with direct pool access. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious, and my wife and children loved it. The strategic location made it even better.
