We're family with kids, staying at this hotel for three nights, and we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly strategic – right in the city center, making it easy to get around and close to many restaurants, shopping centers, and attractions such as Surabaya Zoo, Submarine Monument, Heroes' Cemetery, and etc. The room was spacious, spotless, well-maintained and equipped with adequate facilities. The bed was comfortable. Additionally, they have microwave in the rooms! Overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home. The view of the city of Surabaya from our rooms was truly beautiful. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options available each day. What stood out the most was the excellent service! The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to check-out, and during breakfast time- everything went smoothly and professionally. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and top-quality service in the city center. Surely will come back!

Check-in was on time at 2 PM. The connecting room was as requested. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were excellent. The images on this platform and the actual room were very accurate, and you could see the city lights of Surabaya. The hotel staff were friendly and ready to help. Highly recommended for traveling with a large family, especially those with children. I will stay here again on my next trip.

Check in on time at 2 pm, the room was as requested, connecting room, the cleanliness and comfort of the room were very good, the pictures on this platform and the actual room were very similar and you can see the city lights of Surabaya, the hotel staff were friendly and ready to help, highly recommended for traveling with a large family, especially those with children. Overall, it's comfortable. I especially like the live music on Saturday nights. The satay is delicious and the price is right! Hahaha, the breakfast is also delicious, the chicken porridge is amazing. It's close to the park and you can join the CFD on Sundays. It's really busy. Fun!
