Very nice Hotel. One downside, though, is that they do not provide free bottled drinking water. They sell a 1.5 l bottle for 15K IDR plus taxes. What they do provide is a jug (which is not changed daily, as far as I can tell) which you can refill with water from a dispenser, but let's be honest: Is this as hygienic as bottled water? I highly doubt that.

The staff, Mr. Fauzan, was very helpfull. I arrived and checked in at 21.50. I have booked for superior room and have asked for 1 large bed through an aplication. There's no more superior room with 1 large bed left, so he helped me by upgraded to deluxe room with 1 large bed for free. I know it's the hotel's policy, but Mr. Fauzan helped me nicely, and I think it's because he saw how tired I was (just arrived from Jkt). Thank you.
