The hotel staff were all friendly. As soon as we arrived, they immediately rushed to get our things. The room was clean. I forgot something and called reception and it was immediately secured. A recommended hotel near the airport.

Hello Harper Perintis, my stay experience was less than satisfactory because 1. The AC was not cold; 2. The pillows were hard; 3. I apologize, without any intention of demeaning the value of art/culture, but placing statues in the corridors of each floor makes the atmosphere less comfortable.
