I've always been a regular customer since the POP hotel days and now it's even better after the renovation, easy access, close to the city center too, clean, comfortable, the AC is always cold, the staff is friendly, and the drinking water refill system is good, so you can get drinking water anytime without having to buy it outside the hotel or bother calling the hotel staff. There are three lobbies, and my room was in the far end. The service was good, friendly, and the Harris Room was quite small, but just right. It's a new building, and it's still very clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't very varied; I stayed for several days, and the menu was always similar. Overall, it was good and affordable. Thanks.

A very memorable experience with my nephew. All the facilities made it easy and comfortable to do activities with my child. All the food was delicious and there was a lot of variety at breakfast. I slept directly under the AC. Please pay attention next time so that the AC doesn't touch my head while sleeping. There were flies at breakfast, although not many. The restaurant staff didn't react to the flies.

The newly renovated room has a good design but still smells a bit but it's still okay, the room size is small but still okay for a temporary stay. The toilet is very small and the glass is a bit transparent, it will be awkward if you are with friends and the shower water can leak out through the gap in the door. You need to get water yourself from the dispenser. The mattress is a bit dirty on the blanket, it could be improved. The rest is okay
