Room is pretty small but clean; the only thing that's lacking is that they don't provide cupboard and mini fridge. Staffs are really helpful. Breakfast is pretty good even tho there aren't many options. Location is great and strategic and there are lots of option if you want some food deliveries. And as someone who loves ice cream, it's nice to know that they have a little gelatto stall in front of the hotel. Overall, recommended hotel.

Excellent for the staff service, both the female and male are very friendly, helpful too, the staff service needs to be appreciated, for breakfast the variety is quite good and most importantly the taste is really good for the taste it is really thought about and made to look like it is intentional (the coffee is maybe a little lacking in coffee, the others are already very good), for the room it is very clean, the most important thing is that the room is clean, very comfortable, and the bathroom has a strong shower and can be warm, suitable for the cold atmosphere of Bandung, the mattress is also very comfortable, maybe the pillow is a bit hard, but overall for a hotel with that budget to get excellent facilities is really cool, will definitely always come back here, because everything is nice loveee ❤️

Hey, this hotel is truly a hidden gem in Bandung. Instagrammable! One night here feels incomplete. The surroundings are still pristine, so even sleeping with the AC off and the windows open feels comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The staff was friendly and polite. The only downside is the lack of a smart TV.

Great hotel, perfect location. Within walking distance to Sate Maulana, Mie Kocok Mang Dadeng, Soto Boyolali, fruit shops, and many clothing stores. The only thing missing is that the TV only has local channels. A smart TV is unlikely since it's a 3-star hotel, but it would be better if there were international channels, at least Korean channels.

Actually, the cleanliness and staff service are okay, but for this price, it could be improved. The sheets are starting to turn brown and have stains, and the room is not very soundproof. When I reported it, the receptionist only responded in the morning. The phone in the room was also dead at night, and WhatsApp was also unresponsive. Plus, there was only one person on standby at the reception, there should be at least two, so that if one is helping another or not there, guests don't have to wait long. More staff would be better.
