There's no elevator, making it unsuitable for those with small children, the elderly, or those unable to climb stairs. When I asked for a solution, the receptionist didn't respond, as if they didn't care. Unfriendly.

It was a great stay, clean and comfortable room, good price. A little stain on the sheet and pillow, seems like an unremovable stain. Not that they don't change it. Overall satisfied, will definitely come back on the next trip.

Honestly, for a 300k IDR hotel, I wouldn't expect much more. At the very least, there shouldn't be any blood stains on the sheets, and the room requires access card. It's very unsafe and friendly. 🙏 Just had a chance to review the check-in from a month ago.
