Staff-nya ramah, lokasi strategis banget. Sebelah kanan hotel ada Hokky dan Komugi, naik kendaraan 3-5 menit nyampe di Tunjungan Plaza. Kamar bersih. Selama ini bagian bawah kolong ranjang selalu kotor, tapi ini bersih. Yang penting dengan semua review saya di atas, harganya masuk akal banget. That's why I like to stay at Aria Centra Surabaya.

It was an awesome experience to spend my new year holiday in this 18th floor hotel room for 4d3n. That was so high, I can see Suramadu and queue of cars at entrance of Tunjungan Plaza from my large window. I have no complain for my room and the bathroom. The 100k laundry for 12 peices was cheap and helpful. Just fyi, the phone in the room is unable to make an outgoing call but you can use the phone in the lobby by asking the front desk. The breakfast was various, they serve a traditional and western menu, I love their traditional snack corner so I can try the local food in my short trip right on my breakfast. Thank you Aria Centra and staff for a fabulous hospitality !

The hotel staff was very friendly. The air conditioning in my first room wasn't cooling. I complained and was immediately given a replacement room. Excellent service.

It was very satisfying to stay at this hotel, but there are things that might be worth noting, namely the bathroom towels need to be replaced which look worn out and the soap and shampoo dispenser only comes out once when pressed, otherwise it can't be pressed (broken)... otherwise it's very good and the staff are friendly and helpful... apart from that the room is quite spacious.

When I first got room 1719, the AC wasn't cold enough, and when I tried to fix it, it leaked. At 10:00, I was moved to room 811, but it wasn't clean enough, perhaps because it wasn't ready or something. The service was good. The staff were 5-star.

I didn't expect it to be this fun. Especially since it's close to Hokky, a favorite fruit-hunting spot. You can also jog in the morning right next to the hotel because the road isn't too busy. And the view up from the hotel is AMAZING.

The reception staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. We upgraded to an executive town view because the deluxe non-smoking rooms were sold out (despite having booked in advance). A small suggestion: perhaps you should pay more attention to the notes you've made when booking before the day. The breakfast food is varied and delicious. Thank you.
