The security was completely indifferent. They didn't help people lifting things into their cars at all, just watched. They should have at least asked about it. They were really unfriendly.

Overall, it was satisfying. The Granddhika Hotel is amazing, close to everything.

The food is varied.
I received a broken hairdryer yesterday, and they quickly replaced it. It's great.
If you're in Medan, I definitely recommend staying here.
