The room is very clean, also the bathroom and hotel environment. Staff is very kind and responsive, the price is cheap compared to the hotel location, which is very strategic in the middle of Semarang city, Simpang Lima.

Selalu senang menginap di sini. Lokasinya strategis banget, tepat di pusat kota. Rate juga ekonomis. Kalau cerah, pagi hari bisa jalan-jalan ke lapangan Simpang Lima. Kuliner enak-enak di seputaran hotel, terutama saat malam. Mal juga dekat, di depan persis juga ada mal baru mewah. Suasana lingkungannya enak.

Lokasi sangat strategis di pusat kota, dekat Simpang Lima Semarang, dekat tempat kuliner, kamar bersih, makanan enak, AC dingin, air panas normal, tempat tidur bersih, staff mulai dari front office, resepsionis sampai keamanan sangat super ramah dan membantu. Hotel yang sangat recommended.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city was beautiful. The breakfast was also quite delicious.

first time staying here, the location is really okay, but the facilities are like an old hotel. Towels are not provided, you have to ask for them twice on the phone. There is only 1 dental kit, which is usually 2. There is a refrigerator but it is very dirty (I haven't had time to take a picture because I was in a hurry to leave), and there are dirty stains on the bedcover (I haven't had time to take a picture because it was already late at night and I was sleepy). and using a wedding chair hmmm :D The first time I entered the bathroom it was a bit smelly, the smell of not being opened for a long time/air coming in. Please the hotel to evaluate this. thx

Strategic location close to Ciputra and Tentrem malls, there are also many culinary options in the surrounding area. The downside of this hotel is that some of the furniture in the rooms is already peeling and the parking area is limited even though free valet service is available.

It's only nice from the outside, but once you enter, it's beyond your expectations for a supposedly 3-star hotel.
1. The hallway and room colors are scary.
2. The equipment needs updating, as if it's not being maintained.
3. The blankets are all worn out.
4. Mineral water is in gallon jugs in the hallway (not bottles).
5. Breakfast is minimal and not restocked if it runs out. It's already gone by 7 am.
I'm confused by the previous review. I booked because of the good reviews, but it turns out it's not 🤦♂️

So it's a good choice when in Semarang with affordable prices and pretty good room facilities. Although the parking area is narrow and it's quite difficult to park in front of the hotel terrace. The breakfast is delicious and there are lots of choices.

It's really good, but maybe in the future, if you order for 2 guests, the amenities can be prepared for 2 people, toothpaste, hotel slippers, etc. so you don't need to ask. Overall, it's okay, thanks, Ibis Simpang Lima.
