It's really good, but maybe in the future, if you order for 2 guests, the amenities can be prepared for 2 people, toothpaste, hotel slippers, etc. so you don't need to ask. Overall, it's okay, thanks, Ibis Simpang Lima.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the rooms are quite large, but the parking area is a bit limited. Overall, it's okay.

The sheets and bedcovers are already yellow. The room's AC isn't cold enough, so it smells.

My experience of leaving my wallet at the entrance desk of an Ibis hotel. My husband was the one with me, and I don't usually carry a wallet, so I didn't realize it. Suddenly, I received a WhatsApp message from the Ibis Hotel number explaining that my wallet had been left behind and had been secured by the Manager on duty... so I no longer felt worried about staying at the Ibis Hotel Simpanga Lima in the future... Thank you to the trustworthy and friendly staff... who made guests feel safe and at home, wanting to stay and return. If you want to find food, you can just walk a maximum of 500 meters from the hotel, and there are plenty of culinary options along the way... 5 stars and full smiles for the Ibis Hotel.

The hotel facilities are outdated and in need of renovation and maintenance. The glass in the room was cracked but not replaced. Some of the floor tiles were loose. The variety and taste of the breakfast could be improved. Unfortunately, overall, it was just so-so, considering the hotel's strategic location.

The Hexos bathroom fan was broken, so when I first entered the bathroom, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet (the smell of defecation). I ended up spraying it with my personal perfume. The liquid soap only came out a little, and it was probably almost finished. The breakfast menu was quite good. Everything else was okay.

The hotel is in the city center. Comfortable rooms. Easy access. Close to my workplace. Competitive prices. If I have the chance, I'll stay here again.
