Clean room, good breakfast, although the main dishes are less varied. Minus = Limited Parking. We were forced to valley. There were many items in the car, one of which was a clothes hanger bought at Azko. When we arrived home we realized that the item was gone. Please check the security and valley officers.

Best, always happy 3 times staying here.. but the last period (June 7-8, 2025), there was something that made us a little disappointed with the parking service.

the hotel staff is very friendly and quick when we asked for more mats for the wet toilet. The food is also good, the only downside is maybe because the hotel is quite old, the toilet is stuffy and smells a bit, the exhaust is dead and it seems like the drainage is not smooth so the smell is musty and unpleasant in the toilet.

A hotel with distinctive character and exceptional service. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

Convenient location with friendly staff

The staff and employees are very friendly, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious and varied. Recommended, but only suggestions to prepare prayer equipment in the room, add a tap for ablution, the refrigerator in the room is leaking, always a blessing for IBIS Style

The first time I stayed here, I was really satisfied. I really got a request for a nice view. The outside view is beautiful. The room is unique (family room). The breakfast is quite varied and delicious. It's close to everywhere. The staff are very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

from the first arrival security, frontliner, all staff who met from the front to the room..all friendly.. entered the amazing room with a room layout that is so stylish and cozy..simple for Compact, what's even better is that there are bolsters and big soft pillows..great indeed.. AC is very cold..because Bogor is a rainy city and in the afternoon it always rains so AC at a temperature of 26 is very cold bathroom is clean, towels although not new but clean and fragrant, hot water is always on 👍 dinner at the hotel restaurant because it was raining couldn't go anywhere, ordered fried rice with ribs and spaghetti aglio Olio, the portion was just right..it tasted good, only the ribs were overcooked so they were a bit hard..still edible. slept soundly until morning..and when I woke up, I opened the window and the view was sooo nice..after the rain..the road was still wet in front of the Kebun Raya hotel..so fresh and so green, it made my eyes feel really refreshed.. the breakfast was varied and delicious.. the first impression was so impressive, hopefully it can continue to be improved and always prioritize comfort, cleanliness and safety.. God willing, I can stay here again next time..

Highly recommended... if you want a culinary tour nearby, if you want to go to Bogor Botanical Gardens, just cross the road. 😘
