First, they provide a bolster and an extra pillow, which is very nice. The room isn't large, but the layout is good, making it compact. The location is great; you can walk around the Botanical Gardens as soon as you leave the hotel. The hotel staff is great, and the breakfast menu is varied. So far, so good.

Just arrived, greeted by the security and immediately offered to park the car with them because the parking lot is a bit steep, the driver is a woman, really helpful, really cool!! Early in the morning, even though it was crowded because many cars were coming out, they were still smiling and friendly. The downside is that the room I stayed in was written as a king size (200x200), in fact, the twin beds were put together, and the bathroom sink was leaking so it was a bit worrying when the kids were playing near it. The plus is the view is okay, you can see the botanical garden a bit. All the staff are friendly and very helpful luvvv❤

The check-in process was very fast, even early check-in was possible at 1 pm, all the hotel staff were friendly, the room order was according to request, the room AC was cold, but the only thing lacking was the variety of food because the two breakfast menus were almost the same.

This was my second stay in their family room of 4, and I can tell you it was really nice. The room was clean, we got a high floor (most likely because it was a family room), and the exciting part was getting a pillow (yippie). The amenities weren't as numerous as the guests', so I asked for more. Overall, it was okay.

1. I arrived before 12 noon and the staff had prepared the room according to my wishes. 2. I asked for prayer equipment and was given a freshly washed one according to my wishes as well, except for the prayer mat which was still dirty.. It needs to be fixed. 3. The bathroom and toilet and sink were clean. The water was flowing and not clogged. 4. I deliberately chose a room that did not face the street because it was noisy. 5. When I asked for a late check out to 13:00 it was granted.
