Had a family wedding anniversary there. We all stayed in the executive room and the rooms are quite spacious, super clean, and comfortable. The room service and housekeeping were friendly 👌. The food provided during breakfast and during the event was delicious and of the best quality. We had an enjoyable stay there and would definitely come back 👌

The staffs are responsive and well-trained to solve the guests' needs. We stayed for business purpose, when we had problems on type of room and early check in, the staffs can give good solutions. Thank you.

my experience was excellent with Mercure gatot subroto, it's because they can fill my request via traveloka. from smoking room until late check out. it was amazing. I will booked again.

A great stop for family or business, it provides great ambiance and activities to do. The location is accessible and close to many buildings and public facilities. The food is great and many healthy options offered, it has a very good coffee, one of the best hotel's coffee by far IMHO!
