If you're heading to ICE BSD, this hotel is for you. Just walk out the lobby and you're already at ICE BSD. The amenities and food are second to none; they're on par with Santika hotels in all cities. Highly recommended!

The hotel is exceptionally clean compared to other hotels at a similar price. The breakfast menu is also top-notch, with breakfast included for the low price, a rarity. The hotel's location is also very strategic, close to a pharmacy, gas station, Teras Kota Mall, and restaurants with a wide variety of menu options. It's simply top-notch. The best hotel in its class.

The hotel's design is classic, clean, and the environment is comfortable. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The swimming pool and other facilities are also pleasant and comfortable. I'd love to stay at this hotel again.

I've stayed at the Santika BSD Hotel several times. It's top notch👍. It's close to the mall, just go downstairs and you'll find Teras Kota Mall. I'm especially impressed by the excellent service from the receptionist, Mr. Ansori, who is friendly, smiling, and very helpful. Santika BSD is the best 👍😍
