The service at Grand Zuri BSD is very good. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help with various guest requests. They are also very responsive to guest needs, had left items in the room when checking out, immediately contacted and secured properly.

The room was clean and comfortable. I happened to request a high-floor room, which was well-ventilated and had an east-facing view, allowing me to watch the sunrise. The breakfast menu was varied and changed daily. There's a swimming pool and gym available for use.

I've stayed at the Santika BSD Hotel several times. It's top notch👍. It's close to the mall, just go downstairs and you'll find Teras Kota Mall. I'm especially impressed by the excellent service from the receptionist, Mr. Ansori, who is friendly, smiling, and very helpful. Santika BSD is the best 👍😍
