Very good place for short and long stays. The room and bathroom quite spacious, very well design. The rooms have practical multifunction furniture, bed shelf and cupboard, so it’s very convenient for long stay. The residence has common pantry, all are well maintain and clean. The room exceeded my expectation, and just same exactly as how they put it on here. They have flexible check in late from 2pm-12am (if I’m not mistaken), so it was comfortable to know that I’d be fine to arrive late for getting my stuffs done first. It was very close to Blok M Plaza and the MRT station which is very convenience for anyone who needs to travel further than Blok M or Melawai area that can be reached by boarding the MRT. The room was super clean and neat, room service was excellent, and all staffs were super friendly. Although that I might suggest to the hotel that it will be better if you have put the bar for the aircon so it won’t look so unprepared to the guest and will be seen better (as seen on the picture I posted). And maybe fix the lamp near the entrance door also repaint some water spots on the ceiling on the room and bathroom to have it look more luxury. Other than those, I can say it is very recommended for you to stay. Keep it up and thank you for the great service!

Simple hotel with cement wall and floor design, located in the main road, easy to access. Check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. My room was very clean with clean sheets and pillow case. Everything was great, very recommended hotel.

I initially overlooked the Jambuluwuk/ARCS Guest House Hotel because I didn't see the sign and the gate was half closed. However, upon entering, I was immediately impressed by its Japanese-inspired design and its immaculate cleanliness. It's a 5-minute walk from Blok M Plaza and its food court. It's definitely worth it, and I'll definitely be back!

Honestly, it is neither awesome nor unsatisfying. The guest room was a bit dingy. The bed cover, bed sheet and pillow covers had too much stains on it to not feel a bit disgusted upon seeing it. The table where they put the coffee and tea making tools was not well cleaned (had ants running around the table). All in all, the guest room was definitely in need of a better maintenance. Hopefully, business will get better soon so that the hotel management can provide better maintenance. On the bright side, the location was definitely strategic; The area offers a lot of choices for foods! If you're taking public transportation to get to the hotel, it is located within walking distance from MRT blok m bca and Blok m bus Terminal (definitely easy to get there!). The room price for one night without breakfast was pretty cheap, considering it 's Jakarta. AC and hot water also worked well (please bring your own toiletries as it is not provided by the hotel). The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Overall, I don't mind coming back again.

I never liked neoclassical-styled hotels to be honest, but I can say this hotel is beyond expectation. The room was clean and spacious with the most comfortable bed. The breakfast was great, too. well, the room was nice, all the compliment was fine. maybe because of the pandemic, the breakfast only bread, not toast with the filling requested. and it was served to the room. quite near with the street food, because it is near the bus & train station maybe. the security and the staff was nice also. thank you.
