Ibu Ibnu is a wonderful and attentive host, she helped us organise our day trips out of town and one night even brought us traditional herbal drinks from a nearby stall to try. The house itself is stunning, a beautiful example of a traditional Javanese house, full of history and character. Lots of musical instruments to play with, as you'd expect on Jalan Gamelan! Rooms are comfortable and well kept. Walking distance to the Kraton, the Taman Sari, Malioboro, the morning market Ngasem and the night markets at Alun Alun Kidul.

Pak Ahmad, the owner, is unlike any other owner of accommodations. Not many would go out of their way to help us out. Once, he borrowed me a helmet when I needed it, and sometimes he randomly gave me fruits for snacking 😄. As a backpacker, I highly recommend this hostel for you to stay in Yogyakarta.

Friendly staff. The gardener is also friendly. Spacious rooms. Quiet place to rest because it is not located on the side of the main road. There is a kitchen, in the morning I can make tea and noodles. Pleasant. The only suggestion is that you should replace the bathroom mat with a mat that absorbs water, so that your feet can really dry. Thank you for service.

We were very happy because we arrived in Yogya very early in the morning at 5. Waiting for it to get a bit brighter, we went to this inn planning to leave our luggage but instead we were allowed to enter the room. Thank God we had time to rest. I booked on the day and was a bit nervous because the price was very cheap, but thank God, as long as it was right, the price was cheap but the room was okay, I stayed for 4 days from June 1 to June 4, slept soundly, even the room was clean and the sheets were changed, coincidentally on June 3 my birthday I was given a cake by the employees, and when I checked out I got a wallet souvenir, great.

I really enjoy staying at Hotel Duta Garden. The atmosphere is very beautiful, there are two swimming pools, a beautiful garden, plus in front of the room there is a fish pond. Strategic location, can walk / pedicab to the southern square or prawirotaman. Breakfast is also quite complete. Moreover the service is excellent, I left the jacket, and they send it to jakarta. The Alana Hotel & Conference Center Malioboro Yogyakarta by ASTON
Spent time here with my family and might be going back here if travelling again to Yogyakarta. The price is good, the location is the best near the city centre, breakfast is also good. You can taste "Jamu" special beverages from Indonesia.
