Located in City center of Medan, I was given an amazing experience by Swiss-Belinn Gajah Mada Medan. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Air Conditioner and Hot Water Working properly. The room is quite enough for two person, the bathroom is clean and the hot water is working well. What I like is the coridor was clean, smell good, and they have connecting music while I am refil the water. So this is my first time find a Big Hotel with water dispenser coridor/outside the room, mostly in hostel/homestay. That was good so you will never ever thirsty in room when you forgot to buy mineral water outside. 8/10 for overall.
