"This hotel has a very strategic location! Being close to Grand Indonesia Mall (GI) and Plaza Indonesia (PI), I had easy access to various facilities and entertainment in the city center. Furthermore, the hotel is also quite close to Thamrin City, so I could enjoy the bustling city atmosphere while still being comfortable.
The hotel's cleanliness is well-maintained, making my stay comfortable. The breakfast served was also quite good. The hotel service was very friendly, with the staff always ready to help and answer my questions.

Our first stay was very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff (especially Ms. Cilla at the front desk). When I needed to stay in Jakarta again a few days later, I chose this hotel again, and Ms. Cilla's prompt booking service was very helpful. We booked two connecting rooms, and the cleanliness remained excellent.

The room was clean, had a hanging wardrobe, mineral water, coffee, sugar, and a thermos of hot water, the AC was cold, the bathroom was clean, the water was flowing, and soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and towels were provided.
To pray, just cross the street; there's a very nice mosque right in front of the hotel.
The service was good, friendly, and there was a 24-hour front desk.
Cleaning staff were available.
Shopping for food was also easy, as there were various eateries around the hotel 24/7.
Thamrin Mall was also close by, within walking distance, and other means of transportation were also available.
Monas was close, Tanah Abang was close, and Bundaran HI was also close...
Laundry services were also available nearby.
In short...
Everything was satisfactory, including the price.
Check-in and check-out were smooth, and there were no additional fees...
I say jazaakullahu khairan to the hotel.

Overall the hotel is so nice yet quite. Really good for business trip/staycation. I feel so peacefully stay in here and can recharge my energy. My favorite staff so far Ms. Vica as Front Office (thank you miss for your delightful service) and Technicians (thank you Sir for your tirelessly checking on our needs). Don't worry! All staff I met are so nice, smiley, greetings to me. Your hospitality is really wonderful experience (good job everyone)! Just little bit suggestion for the quality of your breakfast; The portion is too small and need some seasoning😉. But thank you for fulfilling our request, team🙏🏻. Room are spacious and the sofa would be my favorite spot for reading book or even for working🥰. NOTE: you want this room? Upon checking into this hotel, I have sky-high expectation for both the service and the room. I have passed this hotel several times and really curious on how this well-known hotel doing on their services. I booked a night just to have a good time together with my partner and enjoying our weekend there. Upon arrival, We're greeted with a very warm welcome and they were already offer to brought our belongings, even when it's not really that much stuff. They gave us a very nice welcome drink and the receptionist, Ms. Jesslyn, treated is very well during check-in. Our requests were all fulfilled and really appreciate their attention on the small details. Then when we arrived at the room. We were stunned. It was a neatly oriental-decorated spacious room with tons of cool stuffs, one of the example was the speaker inside our bathroom. Which really gave us an awesome experience on watching movies while indulge in the bath tub. The bed was comfy and the pillows were outstanding. Definitely ranked among our top 5 hotel with the best bed ever! The hotel's facilities are considered complete for the 5-star hotel. It has a very spacious and proper gym court complete with saunas, massage and spa, and also the swimming pool, although the swimming pool is not really that big. They also noticeably fast on our in-room requests. I don't feel any delay as they send our request immediately and they happily gave what we wanted even when it was late in the night. The breakfast also exceptional! They have tons of choices in pastry (I love pastries) and the varieties of cuisines as well. The servers were also very helpful and fulfill all our requested stuffs, even when the restaurant is very packed. Overall, the hotel is really the best choice for whoever wanted to have an awesome experience on staycation in the oriental-themed hotel with nice services! Well, I was late late check in at 3am. A little bit in doubt, but everything went smooth! This is one of the nicest hostel in the city. Clean, quiet, with so many cctv make you feel save with your belongings. The room was great, AC is cool as it should be, the bathroom... well maybe you need to queue a little, but it's always clean and smells good. Hot shower? checked. Books, PS, even PC available in case you don't bring your laptop. Overall, recommended.
