I'm so happy to stay in the first night at Holiday Inn Express Semarang in room 1206, that's why I decided to extend another one night here. The cleanliness is excellent. The only problem is only coming from 2 things. 1st coming from the smell from the towel. Before I used the smell was like mold. And 2nd the guy in the front office not so nice compared to the girls and the young guy (I forgot his name, but I think he is the older) maybe it because when I coming to the reception I was wearing short pants, flip flop, and mess shirt. As a person who also works in hospitality please do not classify people by how they look. The guest is always a guest. Don't show them any fake smiles. But overall I love the food, the cleanliness, the security system from the entrance is amazing.

Tentrem Semarang has always been my choice each time I come to the city. The location is undeniable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast, this is probably the best compared to any other hotels. They bring in the legendary dishes from the legendary restaurants, you don’t need to go out to taste nasi ayam Bu Pini. I can never look at other hotels in Semarang anymore.

It surprised me for the first time. To enter the lobby, we must go to car park than got welcomed in lobby. What an experience in first impression; I was like superstar who came to hotel but from secret way, hahahaha. I only stayed here for 1 night and very enjoyed the hotel. what I loved from this hotel is the skypool and their breakfast menu. They have a lot of menu to try. View from skyline while we eat our breakfast was so refreshing. Taste of the food all great, no wonder if this hotel awarded with best food hotel back in 2019. The room was clean. All staff were friendly and informative. Will be back here for sure. Keep the good work!
