Always come back to this hotel. Staffs are friendly. Good location, not crowded. Clean. Room is comfy. There's a cafe with Starbucks in it. Indoor pool is top notch. Plenty of outdoor activities such as archery, billiards, kids playground.

Saya kalau dinas selalu memilih hotel ini. Alasannya lokasi nyaman, tidak terlalu ramai banget seperti di Penuin, Nagoya. Dan yang paling jadi alasan memilih hotel ini adalah dekat banget dengan Masjid Bukit Indah Sukajadi, dekat ke bandara, dekat ke Batam Center. Dan mau ke Nagoya juga dekat.

Affordable price with a very comfortable hotel to stay. Very friendly and quick response from the staff, receptionists, house keeping, and breakfast lounge staff who were very helpful and nice.
