Sorry for late review. This hotel has excellent staffs and very friendly, the condition of hotel very good and I have an issue due to the toilet a little bit dirty but it's not a big deal for me. In spite of the covid 19 situation, the staffs are working hard to make every guest staying at the hotel as comfortable as possible. Thank you.

This hotel is Perfect for the family because the location is mid of Gading Serpong & facilities from the hotel. You can swim with your family in this pool, wide & clean. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist and it didn't take long to check in. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean & you can open the balcony door to see the view outside the room. I am very satisfied with this hotel and the price offered. Thank you.

Hal pertama yang langsung terasa adalah kebersihan kamar. Sprei terlihat dan terasa sangat bersih, memberikan kesan nyaman dan higienis. Selain itu, saya sangat menghargai fitur kedap suara di kamar. Lingkungan sekitar cukup tenang, tetapi adanya kedap suara ini memastikan istirahat saya tidak terganggu oleh kebisingan dari luar atau dari kamar lain.
Kualitas tidur saya juga sangat baik berkat kasur yang empuk. Ini sangat membantu setelah seharian beraktivitas. Ditambah lagi, pendingin udara (AC) di kamar berfungsi dengan sangat baik dan menghasilkan udara yang dingin, membuat suasana kamar terasa sejuk dan nyaman.

Booking 3 rooms for transit. Very underperformed for 3 stars hotel. There is water heater without coffe and tea complimentary. Carpet was dirty and many stain left. Shower without hot water. Fortunately, the lift is work well.

You should choose the 3rd floor for a cleaner room. The 1-2 floors are dirty and the rooms smell like cigarette smoke. It was so much better 6 years ago, seems like they were not maintaining it with much effort anymore.
