Kids-friendly hotel. Stayed during the 2026 Eid al-Fitr holiday. Very enjoyable. Lots of kids' activities, including free face painting, a clown making balloons for the kids, a playground, and a pool large enough for kids. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel is highly recommended for those who want to go to the old city, access to the old city tour is easy and there is a shuttle too.
The hotel atmosphere is comfortable & clean, the receptionist is friendly and helpful especially with Ms. Tina, helped to be able to check in early and upgrade the room..
Overall very satisfied and will come back here if traveling to the old city

Starting from the clean condition of the room, delicious breakfast menu with many choices, spacious lobby & hangout place in the hotel. The receptionist is friendly & not rude. Asked for a smoking room immediately responded. Overall, it's great.
