The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant staff on the 10th floor was especially helpful during breakfast. I happened to get a room upgrade at no additional cost. The room was much more spacious, upgrading from a Deluxe to a Studio. I could also add an extra bed, making it feel like I had two rooms, as the living room could accommodate an extra bed. It was perfect since I was staying with my family. The hotel staff is very friendly, the furniture is nice, new and clean, amenities and toileteries are provided, you can get mineral water, there is a TV and refrigerator that functions well, the AC is cold, there is a lobby and cafeteria, close to ATMs and Indomaret and malls, it is facilitated to contact service laundry, the point is very impressive and would be happy to stay here again 😍.
