The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant staff on the 10th floor was especially helpful during breakfast. It was a pleasant experience💞. The team was super helpful and we're beyond happy with the provided facilities for a short stay in West Jakarta. For cat lovers, they have like 3 chonky cats at the parking area😆. Will definitely come back someday!

The hotel staff is very friendly, the furniture is nice, new and clean, amenities and toileteries are provided, you can get mineral water, there is a TV and refrigerator that functions well, the AC is cold, there is a lobby and cafeteria, close to ATMs and Indomaret and malls, it is facilitated to contact service laundry, the point is very impressive and would be happy to stay here again 😍.
