Joss is a favorite hotel when you go to Balikpapan, nice rooms, good service, the location is also right, not in the center of the crowds so it's not difficult to get in and out of the hotel.

The Superior Ocean View Room is very comfortable, the atmosphere is fresh, the service is friendly, and the housekeeping is very responsive.

Overall, the room and breakfast were good. I was particularly impressed when I was asked if I had any suggestions upon check-out, and I immediately suggested that guests be disciplined when smoking by the pool, as it's a public facility and there are many children there. A quick tip: don't forget to ask the front desk for free parking, as the parking is quite expensive.

All the services have been very good, and the service provided will continue to be like that.

The room was very clean and tidy, spacious, the bathroom was clean and had hot water, YouTube and Netflix were available, and the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. If you're looking for food and drinks, there's Roti Tiam and Hotway next door (lots of choices).

The staff was friendly and helpful, I was check out early in the morning and I find 1 guy was in the reception, he was helping me a lot with the transportation to go to airport. the room was good and not so much noise so was perfect to had a good rest for those who has long trip
