My stay was a satisfying experience. Check-in was easy and fast, and the staff was friendly and responsive. The room was clean, the facilities were functioning well, and the atmosphere was comfortable enough to rest. The location of the accommodation was also strategic and easily accessible. Overall, the accommodation was as described in the app and well worth the price. I would consider staying again in the future.

This was also recommended by my wife. I chose it because of the water park facilities for the kids to swim and play in. There's also a mini playground. The rooms and staff are friendly, and as a bonus, you can enjoy the mountain view from your room in the morning.

This is my 3rd time staying here, it's an old-fashioned hotel but it's really comfortable 🥹 it's cheap but you get a delicious breakfast, the atmosphere is comfortable, from the receptionist to the security guard, everyone is friendly, access to everywhere is easy because it's in the middle of the city, I will come back to stay here again

The service is super duper, making you feel at home. All the staff are helpful without being asked, even overly sensitive. The rooms are among the top three "comfortable" hotels in Bandung. Family-friendly, great facilities, kids-friendly, and no tantrums at all. Hopefully, I'll bring my family here again soon.

Everything was great, from the moment we entered the gate, we were greeted and assisted by security. Check-in was seamless, assisted by the prompt receptionist. The rooms were nice, neat, and clean. The HK team was awesome. The FB team was also amazing, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Excellent!

Besides its strategic location, the hotel smells fresh and clean upon entering, and the staff are friendly. The receptionist was fast responding, yesterday I happened to be with Kang Pajar, and my staycation here happened to be when my wife was attending a painting exhibition in the lobby. Because it's close to the mall, it's really convenient if you want to buy food for breaking the fast. Of all the hotels we've visited, this is one of the best because it's rare for a hotel to provide bolsters in the room. Harris Hotel is different, this one has fulfilled our request, using a connecting room there are bolsters in each room, and most importantly, there is a dispenser, so you don't have to keep going back and forth to make hot or warm breast milk, it's already near the elevator lobby on each floor. Alhamdulillah, I was very impressed, Thank you Harris Hotel.
