I had a very pleasant stay at Lido Resort. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always willing to help, which made my stay even more comfortable.
I was especially impressed by their honesty and professionalism. I accidentally left some of my belongings behind, and the hotel staff handled the situation very well. They carefully secured my items and kept them safe until I was able to come back and collect them. Everything was returned in perfect condition, with nothing missing.
This experience truly shows how trustworthy and attentive the staff at Lido Resort are. I highly recommend this resort and would gladly stay here again in the future.

My first staycation here. The road to the hotel was smooth, close to downtown Bogor, the place was comfortable, cool, shady, the hotel staff was friendly, the swimming pool was clean and cool. Very impressive.

We got a welcoming drink and snack when we got there in the afternoon (hot tea and fried cassava). We ordered some food for dinner. We got another compliment in the morning, hot water (with the option of tea and coffee to make), and fried banana. Lastly, we got a complete set of nasi uduk for breakfast. All of them are nice. Besides the food, we were thrilled to stay there because the place is wonderful. The atmosphere was serene and calm. We could see Pangrango clearly in front of us. Hopefully we can go back there again. Pak Anto, the manager, is so kind and helpful.

The staffs are so helpful and polite. They allow me to get early check in. The room is spacious, clean, smells nice. The place itself is situated out of the city, so everything is green, quiet and serene. Hot water is available. The only downside is the dinner (soto). It looks fancy for sure but the rice noodle is uncooked so I barely eat my dinner and no restaurant nearby

I stayed with my extended family and brought my parents, who have difficulty walking. Luckily, Alam Ngariung has a room type that allows parking directly in front of the room, making it easy for my parents to reach the room. Likewise, the restaurant is accessible by private vehicle or the resort's shuttle service. This makes it incredibly convenient for those traveling with parents who have difficulty walking. Furthermore, the shuttle drivers are very friendly and willing to take us around.

Always love coming back to Boja, we got tent no. 5, not our usual. You need to walk a bit, but it's not that hot because no direct sunlight, just cover half of it, it was raining and perfect. Fit us 3 adults and 2 kids. We did the farm tour, my fave, even my kids love it though I have to carry my youngest throughout the path. Kids and adults enjoy horse riding and we love the new cafe to eat lunch. Always fun experience, my 3rd time here.
