Overall I am satisfied with the room. The facility is as its price. But the location is very convenient due to very closed location to the Sudirman BNI city stasiun (for access to Soeta Airport). Getting food is no problem as many warungs are located near the hotel. The staff are also very nice, I booked through app at 09.20 am for the same day stay and no problem et all during my check-in at 2.00 pm

the hotel is very unique, if u like arts, u would enjoy every corner of this hotel. the staff were friendly and meal was delicious. the highlight was the swimming pool on fifth floor and the library lounge for me. overall, would recommend! 💕

Upon checking into this hotel, I have sky-high expectation for both the service and the room. I have passed this hotel several times and really curious on how this well-known hotel doing on their services. I booked a night just to have a good time together with my partner and enjoying our weekend there. Upon arrival, We're greeted with a very warm welcome and they were already offer to brought our belongings, even when it's not really that much stuff. They gave us a very nice welcome drink and the receptionist, Ms. Jesslyn, treated is very well during check-in. Our requests were all fulfilled and really appreciate their attention on the small details. Then when we arrived at the room. We were stunned. It was a neatly oriental-decorated spacious room with tons of cool stuffs, one of the example was the speaker inside our bathroom. Which really gave us an awesome experience on watching movies while indulge in the bath tub. The bed was comfy and the pillows were outstanding. Definitely ranked among our top 5 hotel with the best bed ever! The hotel's facilities are considered complete for the 5-star hotel. It has a very spacious and proper gym court complete with saunas, massage and spa, and also the swimming pool, although the swimming pool is not really that big. They also noticeably fast on our in-room requests. I don't feel any delay as they send our request immediately and they happily gave what we wanted even when it was late in the night. The breakfast also exceptional! They have tons of choices in pastry (I love pastries) and the varieties of cuisines as well. The servers were also very helpful and fulfill all our requested stuffs, even when the restaurant is very packed. Overall, the hotel is really the best choice for whoever wanted to have an awesome experience on staycation in the oriental-themed hotel with nice services! We booked a family suite room on the 5th floor. The place has amazing views and is very comfy. The capacity room is 4 people with 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a toilet inside meanwhile the 2nd bedroom is not. The other benefit is the kitchen has complete equipment and if you plan to have small activity with your family to cook here. It is the best place for you to book this. The balcony has a good view with a city view at night and morning time. The door has a smart door system 🙌.
