KR hotel is the best hotel I have ever visited because the standard of service like a five-star hotel makes staying so pleasant especially for me who stays with toddlers and 7-month-old babies. The rooms are very clean, spacious, comfortable, room service cleans the room twice a day plus changing bed sheets, adding mineral water, replacing toiletries, and all of them are free. I, who initially only stayed 3 days, added another day because my toddler didn't want to go home. Vacationing is fun, satisfying service, all staff are friendly and alert if needed. If I go to Palembang again, I will stay here again

Thank you to all the staff of Hotel Santika Premier Bandara Palembang who have provided excellent service to customers, starting from reservations, airport pick-up and drop-off, as well as the front office staff who handled check-in and check-out and the restaurant staff who have provided the best service and the menu at breakfast is very varied, ranging from international food to traditional food is also available and the taste is great so it is confusing to choose, and for the room is quite spacious complete facilities only lacks a garden view lack of lighting, so if the night is dark so if you want to smoke a bit lazy, heheheh. Next, I will come back again to stay with my family and thank you very much to Mr. Idris (Bell Driver) who has helped us from pick-up and drop-off to the airport and preparing the items that were left. The building is still new and the restaurant is still in the process of being built. The location is in Dempo, a bit inside. But it is still easy to find and quite strategic. Recommended for those looking for comfortable and cheap accommodation.

A great hotel to start with! The location is super good, even though it is not near the LRT, the placement is strategic with 3 nearby malls, two of it is reachable by foot. There are ample food stalls and convenience stores around the hotel. The nearest laundromat is only 5mins away, wash and dry only idr30 k (15 K for washing, 15k for drying). The room is super comfortable with a super comfortable bed, TV and console, sofa, office chair, work table, and free amenities such as coffee and tea. There is no refrigerator. They only have a cooler. So drinks in it won't get cold but remained cool. The toilet is a little bit sad. Though nicely made, the space is quite tight. The toilet has a Japanese seat bidet. Shower water is barely hot, more too warm. This hotel deserves to be visited. The staff are smiley and friendly. A good amount of security with lift access to levels requiring room cards.

Large hotel. Enough parking space. Receptionists were very helpful and accommodating. Short check-in/check-out time, simple process. Room card key needed to operate elevators. Room was comfortable, with refrigerator and hot water available. Sitting toilet with bidet. Air con worked well. There were swimming pool, fitness center, and spa although I didn't use them. Bar near the lobby opens evening to around midnight. Food was superb! Location was very good with a shopping mall right behind the hotel (need to walk outside for a bit to reach the place). Overall very satisfactory.

The Excelton Hotel
The hotel had elegant environment and it feels like welcome. The bed is pretty nice and pillows are soft. Air condition is good. It also has a swimming pool on the top floor. Nice hotel to stay at.

The room is spacious, comfortable and clean, the parking area is safe, the AC is cold, really recommend it if you just want to hang out with friends or are on holiday in Palembang, the price is cheap for a room this size, there are lots of snacks nearby too.
