The service staff was excellent. It was pouring rain when I arrived at the front of the hotel, and the security guard picked us up with an umbrella and escorted us one by one to the hotel lobby. The service was really great :)))

It was very pleasant to stay at the Khas Pekanbaru Hotel.. the room was quite spacious.. comfortable.. close to the city center and around the hotel there are many places to eat and the hotel staff and security are friendly and helpful.

Greeted by competent and friendly receptionist staff upon arrival at the hotel. My review: -clean and comfortable room. -complete bathroom facilities. -wifi internet works well. -breakfast in the morning with a variety of menus and delicious taste too.
