Hotel yang cocok buat short business trip. The best point untuk hotel ini adalah lokasinya yang sangat strategis kalau buat saya. Dekat ke pusat kota Surabaya, dekat Stasiun Gubeng. Untuk fasilitas hotel budget, cukup oke lah menurut saya. Kamarnya bersih, AC dingin, kamar mandi ada water heater-nya. Tempat tidur juga masih oke meskipun sudah cukup berumur. Staff hotel juga sangat ramah dan cukup cekatan dalam melayani komplain.

The service is good, but the condition of the room is really bad, the floor is dirty with lots of dust as if it has never been swept, the sheets, pillowcases and towels are very dull. There are no slippers or toothpaste provided. There are lots of mosquitoes in the bathroom and the AC temperature cannot be controlled. Maybe next time they can pay more attention to cleanliness and comfort, especially in each room, at least sweep the floor!

The hotel has no elevator, and the keys are standard. The towels are dirty, not white, but blackish. Many parts of the room are damaged. The bathroom has an unpleasant odor coming from the drain, the glass is broken, and there is no curtain separating the shower and toilet. There are no proper clothes hangers, only plastic ones. The floor is covered in sand, and the teapot is dusty. You can't contact the receptionist via the room phone, only WhatsApp, and even WhatsApp isn't answered. Even though I wanted to order a drink from this person, I could WhatsApp the one on the menu posted in the room.

Spacious room. Please fix the shower, the water is leaking from the side of the shower hole. For the price we paid, we should have been able to get coffee/tea sachets in the room.

I've stayed here many times but this time I was really disappointed because I got a really dirty room, the sheets were really thin like a tofu sieve, lots of cobwebs, lots of hair left, I wanted to complain and I didn't have the energy to go up and down the stairs anymore because I was tired from work and the phone in the room didn't connect.
