Had a pleasant stay here, the staffs are superb, especially the security/bell boy (?). The female receptionist also helpful and polite towards me. The lobby is clean and spacious, I feel comfortable waiting there. The bed and bathroom also nice and comfortable. Great location, near malls and shopping centers.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was spacious and clean. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The location is perfect, close to everything. I highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at the Maia Hotel twice, a very nice and comfortable place, the hotel staff provided very good service, the breakfast was very tasty although there were not many choices but it was filling. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to go to Jakarta for the first time.

This is an old hotel, nice and the staff are friendly. The location is also easy to get around. Just needs improvement for the price of around 900. The sheets are okay but the pillowcases and blankets have stains. (Thankfully I read other reviews, so I prepared to bring them). The chairs really interfere with access to get around if there are two people. Please improve the toilet jet flush. Please replace the towels with new ones. Using online transportation is often read as Amaris Hotel.

Strategic hotel location. Just across the street to Thamrin. 5 minutes walk to Grand Indo & 8 minutes to Plaza Indo. All services are good. The room is comfortable. A bit cramped, not enough space to open luggage. The bed in room 507 is noisy. The sound is a bit distracting. There is a smart TV but no Netflix, only YouTube. Bring your own iron (you have to wait 30 minutes - 1 hour for the iron) Don't forget to bring a universal adapter (they have it for rent for 50k) overall, 7.5/10. The hotel lobby feels luxurious.

The hotel's strategic location is in the heart of Jakarta and very close to shopping areas. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. We hope the breakfast can be more varied. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

This hotel is very strategic and located in the city center. The staff is friendly, the food is varied and delicious, and it is close to strategic business locations and shopping centers. I will come back again.

Strategic hotel location. Just across the street to Thamrin. 5 minutes walk to Grand Indo & 8 minutes to Plaza Indo. All services are good. The room is comfortable. A bit cramped, not enough space to open luggage. The bed in room 507 is noisy. The sound is a bit distracting. There is a smart TV but no Netflix, only YouTube. Bring your own iron (you have to wait 30 minutes - 1 hour for the iron) Don't forget to bring a universal adapter (they have it for rent for 50k) overall, 7.5/10. The hotel lobby feels luxurious.
