It's old, there's no hot water. How can you complain about there being no hot water in the middle of a shower? The food variety is also very limited.

Staying at Hotel Neo Kuta Jelantik was quite a mixed experience. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, especially for backpackers, and both the staff and the WhatsApp admin were friendly and helpful.
However, there are several things that could be improved. The AC was leaking and not cooling properly, and the hot water was unstable—especially at night when it was no longer hot. I had to tell the receptionist multiple times to fix it. Requests such as getting plates, room service, or help to open the room took a long time, sometimes requiring me to go to the front desk twice.
Parking space is very limited and tight, though thankfully it felt safe with no issues of missing helmets or motorbikes. Some details of cleanliness also need attention, like a frame that had mold.
One thing to note is that extending your stay beyond 5 PM is charged as a full payment. Overall, this hotel is okay for budget travelers or backpackers, but it would be much better if the facilities and responsiveness could be improved. Pp

Just arrived and was greeted by a baby cockroach in the bathroom, then in the room. The officer asked for more cleaning. Only one appeared. Luckily the officer was kind and friendly.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Kuta and Legian. Cleanliness is lacking, and parking is very cramped, especially for motorbikes, which requires moving to the back. The hot water kettle is also rusty, so I don't dare use it. The bathroom lid is not secure and can come off.

everything is good, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the staff are friendly... only the wifi is intermittent and the phone in the room can't be used so if you want something it's difficult to call the receptionist 😔.

Strategic location in Kuta, quite friendly staff, there is no parking for cars but Valley can help, the rooms are standard budget hotels but there is a note, there are lots of small cockroaches in the toilet and room because maybe the room is a bit stuffy, please pay attention, thank you.
