This hotel is located at a quite strategic place in Bandung and there is a convenience store right across the building if you need anything. There is a water dispenser at every floor near the lift and I think that is a brilliant idea and every hotel should do the same thing! The service was great and I got the room that I requested for.

The room looked exactly like the pictures, comfy, clean, and spacious. The breakfast menu was also delicious and complete, with a warm pool beside it. Stay for 2 nights. A good place to stay. Thanks.

Thank you Novotel Bandung for provide birthday amenities for my partner, great ambience and friendly staffs, the front desk staff also very helpful to my luggage storage. Definitely wanna go back!

Plus: room spacious and clean, bathroom with bathtub so my kid happy, service was great all requirement for connecting and different type of bed room their provided, pool water 30 degrees, location in the middle of town so easy to go anywhere. Minus need to improve: breakfast nothing great not so much variant, sandals per room 1 so need to call them to give extra.

Check-in time was 16:00 and usual check-out at 12:00, so beware. Room furniture was old but get the basic done. Room a bit warm. Breakfast was OK. Facilities were decent but I've got better stay before

Comfort. The room is quiet. The food is delicious. They allowed 2 children under 16yo free for BF. All staff are nice. Special thanks to Mr. Jihad the reception man who gives a lot of information and fulfill my request. Will be back here when plan to bandung. Bravo novotel.
