It was a very pleasant experience during our stay. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The location is superb. Breakfast is excellent with a various menu. We tried the pool and it's OK enough. Only at that time there was a building maintenance project, but management already informed us as well.

Got a location on the 11th floor with a view of Bandung city and the Pasteur Bridge. Gather around in front of the glass and enjoy the transition from Asr to Maghrib. It's so peaceful.

Overall, it was okay, especially since I was upgraded from an executive suite to a junior suite. However, the restrooms, especially in the junior suite, need improvement. We couldn't use them to their full potential, requiring us to use the lobby restroom.

Overall ok. The facilities are quite good and the maintenance of cleanliness is good. Though, I still need to remind to clean the room, even I have put “do” clean in my door handle and the food taste is just fine but it’s quite pricy though.
