I arrived around 3 pm, hoping the room would be ready, but it turned out I still had to wait (they said) 20 minutes (but in the end I waited 1 hour). I was carrying a toddler and a baby, both of whom were a bit fussy because they were tired and sleepy. Once I booked a junior suite, the service was the same. Not to mention when checking out, the officer seemed to be nagging us that we weren't given a parking card which should have been given either at check-in or check-out. Well, how would we know? I remember writing down my vehicle number, but after that, I wasn't given a parking card either at check-in or check-out, and the staff didn't say anything. Well, I thought it was safe, no need to use any cards to leave the hotel. The officer, oh my, oh my, check check check, said, "You should have gotten this card, sir, blah blah blah." Yes, even though he laughed/smiled sarcastically, but we didn't feel comfortable being treated like that, we didn't know anything. As for the room, it was okay, clean. I requested a baby crib (thankfully, it was still available). Even though I'd requested it on the app, it wasn't there when I arrived. However, it was eventually delivered. The room was large and comfortable. I hope we can have a better experience next time if we stay here again.
