Overall, it was okay, especially since I was upgraded from an executive suite to a junior suite. However, the restrooms, especially in the junior suite, need improvement. We couldn't use them to their full potential, requiring us to use the lobby restroom.

It was a pleasant stay at Novotel, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the toilet was clean, there was a bathtub too, drinking water could be refilled, there was a dispenser outside

The same review with my previous one. Please always recheck cleaning the room (reminder for the room service). It’s nice also that I can refill the water as well.

Overall ok. The facilities are quite good and the maintenance of cleanliness is good. Though, I still need to remind to clean the room, even I have put “do” clean in my door handle and the food taste is just fine but it’s quite pricy though.

Thank you Novotel. The best. I'm satisfied. The kids loved the Happy Holiday cake. Yesterday, my boyfriend really liked the steamed tomato and beef, it was delicious.

Overall.. everything is great, strategic location, if you want to eat dinner outside it's close, the room is clean, but the downside is the toilet doesn't have a bidet.. the food is delicious and varied, overall great 👍👍

My two-night stay in two rooms was enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, allowing the kids to play freely. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick. The hotel was clean and fragrant. The breakfast menu could be improved in terms of variety and flavor, especially the fried rice. The fried rice was quite tasty on the first day, but the flavor faded on the second. That's it. Overall, a great experience.

The advantage of Novotel is that it is close to the city center, the parking area is adequate, only if there is a seminar / wedding event it is a bit complicated, so far Novotel is an alternative for business travelers like me, the speed of the front office in handling check-in must be maintained and improved
