The hotel is clean, liquid soap is provided, but shampoo is not provided, hot water does not work, then there is only 1 toothbrush and toothpaste even though the reservation for the remaining 2 guests is good. please complete the shortcomings Thank you.

The place is quite strategic, but the facilities and services of the Aries hotel are very unsatisfactory. For the receptionist service attitude and employees who are not friendly and polite to the second hotel guests, there is no hot water supply facility for bathing. Please upgrade the employees again. thanks.

There is still something that the hotel owner needs to fix, so that the service can be even more optimal. 1.The first arrived at the hotel lobby, it was quiet, it turned out that the receptionist was sleeping soundly, the body was shaken first and then woke up, and that was the time I wanted to check-in, around 14:40. 2. I was there 5 days 4 nights, the breakfast menu is the same every morning, there is no variation, fried rice, fried vermicelli, chili sauce and crackers, then tea coffee. 3. the bathroom in my room (room. 6), the lights are dim, there are no clothes hangers, and the sink pipe is leaking.

The place is quite clean and comfortable to rest and the bathroom is clean. The hot water ran smoothly, clean towels, shower gel, hotel slippers available, free drinking water, but unfortunately the wifi did not reach the second floor and was available on the first floor and lobby.
