There was no bath mat, the room was cleaned without the tenant's knowledge and the time was cleaned there was no towel.

This is truly hidden gems in the crowded of amplas area. It's comfy place to stay. Yet so clean and they have kind staff since the receipt till the cleaning service. But take care if you bring children here. They have non- child friendly stairs

Very bad. I booked a single room, when arriving with an unfriendly response the receptionist (male) told me that the room I booked didn't exist. Then I asked for a solution, and only answered hitu not our business. Or another option I upgraded to a double room by paying an additional fee. Obviously I do not want to because this is not my fault. When I asked why this was only answered, yes we were a new hotel. So it really is like this. Then I ask the manager to call because I want a solution, this is not my fault as a customer. The unfriendly receptionist then called the manager, after that I was given a room. really very bad service, too bad. Unprofessional.

When I first got the room on the 3rd floor, the toilet flush could not, the bathroom was dirty. After reporting, told to change rooms on the floor. 4. The water heater can't, can't get a TV and a table.

The service is not good, the male receptionist (thin spiky hair) is not polite and rude, in the room on the 4th floor, there is no elevator and employees to lift goods, he said floors 2 and 3 are full, apparently there are still many empty.

oyo 2626 SHR from the outside (exterior) is different from the others, the building is unique. but the interior (in the room) just ordinary. tend to be similar to kos2an. but it's worth it because the price is very economical. advice for the future, please provide a doormat, because it's hard to get wet from the toilet. 1 towel only, and no mineral water, please be made. because small things like that are a plus for us. the rest is cool ..
