This was my second time stay at Pramana Zahill with my family, and we chose the deluxe glamping. We really enjoyed our time during our stay. Very cozy, serene and clean. Very friendly staffs. They prepared a surprise for my birthday, even though we didn’t mention about it. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I hope we can stay here again someday.

At the hotel, we upgraded to a junior suite, directly overlooking the pool and directly out to the pool. The room was spacious with a bathtub, a comfortable king-size bed, the restaurant food was inexpensive, there were fewer flies there than we'd expected, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband, my son, and I loved our stay here. Thank you so much.

Overall, we were happy, but when we entered the room, there were a lot of ants on the table and there were still itchy insects on the mattress. The food was not very varied. I think for a 4-star hotel, there could be more improvements.

Glamping wasn’t the best decision at this place,i prefer to stay in the hotel room for next visit instead, but it was good experience, the staff were friendly and helpfull, we enjoyed the night at bonfire, they even have hot swiming pool which you can enjoy full day, relaxing ambiance and cold temperature at this place so you should have warm clothes to stay outside,
