I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly, and the hotel grounds were clean. It's close to restaurants, a bakpia souvenir shop, and a pharmacy next door. The room was spacious and clean. I had a room on the 18th floor with a balcony. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Thank you.

The location is good, the room is quite large with a sofa for two people and a seating area in front of the window. There is also a single-door refrigerator so I can store my child's complementary food in the freezer. The room also has a small kitchen with a gas stove and sink. It would be better if there was a microwave so it would be easier to heat food. The bathroom is small and cramped, especially the shower area. The hotel parking lot downstairs is also narrow so we often parked using valet. Breakfast is also delicious, especially the soto banjar. The fried rice and fried noodles are also delicious, unlike most hotels which lack flavor.

The service is comfortable and good. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, tending to be dark at night, making it quite difficult to work at night. However, complaints are addressed quickly. The 18th floor tends to be noisy due to the noise from the bar. Improved lighting in the rooms would be helpful for more comfortable work.

The location is good, the staff is friendly and responsive. It was a bit odd when we were asked to pay for laundry after lipstick stains were left on the towels. It wasn't about the money, but it was just odd. One day, our room was skipped for cleaning, and it was a bit of a hassle when we asked for it because it was past 3 p.m. Overall, it was okay.

Having stayed in hundreds of hotels, this is the first time we've been disappointed by such unprofessional behavior. We were deemed to have damaged the towels after finding stains and were fined, even though we only showered once in the morning as usual. Will we, as guests, be required to inspect our towels before using them again rather than be considered damaged and fined? This will likely be the first and last time we choose this hotel if we ever stay in Yogyakarta again.
