An unsuitable place to stay. I brought my family and checked in and immediately checked out. The room was dirty and dusty, the water in the bathroom was dirty, and there were shampoo sachets in the tub. The sheets were dark, as if they had never been changed. I can't imagine how itchy it would be to sleep on them. Definitely reconsider your plan.

In fact, wherever we stay, even if it's small or far from the city center, the most important thing is cleanliness. The bathroom sink looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and the walls were yellow. The bed sheets had many holes, as if they had been cigarettes. We were only given one bottle of drinking water, even though we were staying two nights. When asked by the guard at checkout, they said they had run out and hadn't bought any more. But this is safe. The important thing is to pay attention to cleanliness in the future. Thank you.

even though the location is very strategic in the middle of the city. but the condition of the room was never cleaned because there were many spider webs. the mattress was also itchy. asked for a change of sheets but they said all the sheets were in the laundry. it doesn't make sense.

Very bad, the toilet is clogged, the air conditioner is not cold, the room smells like a tank, the last time you stayed here, it's better to sleep on the beach with newspapers lying on it. From renting 5 rooms, finally moving 3 rooms, please improve the condition of the inn, paint and others.

The quality of the room was very disappointing, I didn't want to stay there, the bed linen was perforated! Dirty bed! The toilet has a lot of cigarette butts! Not worth it!

To Dear guests.
Sorry for the inconvenience. For information, this happened because of the up and down discharge from the PDAM Skw water source. Even though we are already customers of the NIAGA PDAM category, which gets a larger tertiary pipe because we pay a more expensive business tariff, we still experience a slight disturbance in the inconsistent water flow, but it is much better than the household category water discharge. Meanwhile, other water sources such as drilled wells and rain feds are less suitable for use even though they are cheaper. The low quality is due to the position of Singkawang city near the northern coastline. Furthermore, the water pumps we use are all automatic models. So there is no manual on-off procedure because it will damage the pump sensor. Finally, we still choose the healthiest PDAM water source for our guests.
